This skill governs the character’s ability to haggle for better prices, on items bought and sold. The Commerce skill is averaged with the skill that is associated with the item that is to be bought or sold. If the item in question does not have a skill associated with it, then use the characters Wit AST to average with the Commerce skill. If the character doesn’t have the appropriate skill for the item then use his/her Wit CST. When using averaging, the averaged value can not exceed the commerce skill.
