This skill allows the character to use the proper planning and scientific methods to get the maximum yield from the crops. With a successful BCS roll will increase the yield of the crop by 10%. A Critical success indicates a 40% increase to the crops yield. A failure roll indicates a minus 10% yield. A critical miss indicates a total crop loss. In order for this skill to work properly the character must have or have access to, soil analysis equipment, almanacs, weather forecasts, chemical fertilizers, etc.
